The Nursery Den

This is where expecting females come to give birth and where the newborns live for the first few weeks of their life. Only the parents, Alphas, Healers, and Nannies are allowed here when there are pups. There is an extremely small pond nearby, and it's shallow enough to no one has to worry.

Animals in the area: Birds, rabbits, lizards, and frogs in the nearby pond.

"The mate ceremonies will most likely be very soon, and it is not required for Snowy to go, same as Aleu... as long as she stays here with her." She laid down.

Snowy shook her head. "A mate ceremony is once in a life time. And this is yours and breeze's."she said. "I shall go."she smiled.

"As will I" I said calmly "I'm not about to miss my first mate ceremony especially not my Alpha's" I smiled at Rosaleena. I wondered what it would be like and I could feel my excitement growing.

"Thank you Seaspray." Rosa smiled. "And Aleu..." She said, turning to the fae. "I will allow you to go, just don't leave Snowy's side just in case, ok?"

I nodded at Rosaleena "Of course not." My eyes ventured to Seaspray and I noticed him doing something I had done a million times going off into his own little world but pulling himself back before anyone would notice. Unfortunately for him I could read others quite easily developed when I was on my own and I had to determine certain situations so I could leave them peacefully. I knew he didn't want it noticed by the others so I said nothing but I did meet his eyes briefly letting him know that I knew and that if he wanted to talk I could make myself available for a few minutes. I looked down at Snow's belly staring wondering what her pups would be like.

Snowflower licked Seaspray's cheek. She smiled to Rosa and Aleu. "Thank you."she said with a soft smile.

Rosaleena nodded. "Off to Sunset View then, for the mate ceremonies," she said, standing up. "Aleu, don't leave Snowy's side. And Seaspray, please stop by the main den to get the others." With a flicker of her tail she trotted off towards Sunset View.

Snowflower stood up. It was time. With her bloated belly, she moved on.

I lag behind for a minute wondering what the mate ceremony is going to be like. I can feel my excitement building and quickly make my way out of the den to sunset view.
