The Main Den

First topic message reminder :

(Sorry i've been inactive for awhile I just had the biggest exam of my life xD)

I had made no move to introduce myself to any of the newcomers which wasn't a rare occurance but the fact that I was still injured didn't help with my lack of socialness. I looked down at my paw and realized I needed to change the leaf again because of the seriousness of the inury I'd have to change it more then one regularly would. I got up but then collapsed to the ground as my leg was still incredibly stiff letting out a strangled cry as I fell back directly onto my injured paw.

Seaspray watched as Snowflower headed for the nursery den until she was out of sight. He looked at Lightning. "I used to be a fisher," he offered. "Should I help?"

Rosaleena watched as Breeze and Amazon went to NightSky Beach, and she smiled. She looked at Lightning. "Hey, I'll go hang out with Snowflower to make sure she's alright. I won't be late for the ceremonies." She trotted off after Snowy.

Light watched as the blonde fae padded off. "Ok Rosa." he said. Looking at Seaspray he nodded. "If you want but I think they would like some alone time." he said smiling at the beta.

Seaspray gave a knowing smile. "I'll go to the river then," he said. He hadn't gone there in a while. SS heard Rosa and offered her a quick nod of thanks before he trotted out of the densite.

Seaspray entered the area and plopped his catch as his paws. He stared longingly towards the Nursery Den, and wondered if Snowflower would be coming to the ceremony.

I slowly pad into the clearing, dragging the buffalo behind me. Finally I open my jaws and let the animals head fall from my jaws with a thud as I stand panting for a moment, panting slightly from my hawl. fter a moment I catch my breath and grin, glancing around and I see that some others have caught something as well. I slowly pad over to the trees, legs somewhat weak and I slump against a tree, suddenly tired.

Light saw Wind drag a carcass back into the den area. Padding over to the black and white hunter he nodded his approval. "You did well my friend." the black alpha said.

Seaspray smiled but a small sigh entered his mind, without reaching his mouth. Sometimes, it felt like hunters got all the attention while the fishers sit silently in the back. SS immediately pushed the selfish thought from his mind. Wind had worked very hard to take down that buffalo. The beta nodded to the huntress. "Grear catch," he commented.

I walked into the area still slightly shaken from sunset but not letting it show. I perked myself up as soon as I was in view of the others. I sat more in the middle of the area letting the other wolves know that I was back to my duties as a healer. I waited looking around every once in awhile.

I glance up suddenly, hearing two voices and it takes me a moment to realize that the two speakers were Lightning and Seaspray and that they were addressing me and my kill. I grin slightly, tail slapping the dirt ground as I glance at the two of them. "Thanks!" I yip, not used to being praised. Suddenly my blue gaze travels to a rather large pile of fish and then my blue orbs jerk back to Seaspray because he is the one that smells strongly of the salty food. "It looks as if you have made several great catche as well," I murmur to him, noticing that he didnt seem in the reatest mood, I hoped my complimant would cheer him up even though I didnt know what was bugging him. I shrugged and sat up in a straight position, curling my tail around my paws.

After a while I was beginning to grow tired of doing nothing. There had to be something to do around here. I guessed if I couldn't think of anything to do I'd just go hunting for something small for the ceremonies that were going to be taking place. The thought of socializing popped into my head but I immediately pushed it away in decline. I was done being all social and I didn't really like to approach others unless I needed information. I would however talk if someone came up to me but that was about it. I stood to my feet again and decided to move from the shadows I was walking in and at least make my presences known and after that I'd guessed I's just go and do what I had thought up earlier.

Seaspray shook his head, now fully recovered from his dark thoughts. "Your's is just as good, maybe even a little better," he replied to Wind. SS turned around to give Raven a quick, reluctant greeting, not sure if the fae wanted to socialize.

My ears twitch as I hear voices coming from the Nursery den. I knew I hadn't been very involved in the pack recently but surely no one could be expecting pups. I thought for a minute as to who it could possibly be and then the name popped into my head 'Snowflower....of course her and seaspray had become mates' I paused wondering if I was allowed in and then realized what a silly question that was I was a healer of course I was allowed in...if Snow wanted me to be in there that is. I made sure no one was coming to me for help before I got up and headed to the Nursery Den.

Seeing Aleu head over to the Nursery Den, Seasoray followed. He trusted the lead healer, but since he had some spare time he decided to visit Snowflower.

EDIT: The white brute returned to the den. He raised his muzzle to howl to the pack, "Time to go to Sunset View for the mate ceremony!" SS took care to keep his voice somewhat subdued; an excessively loud howl would irritate the loners. Starting at a steady trot, he headed for Sunset View himself, already wondering about Snowflower again.

Willow let her gaze rest on SS as he informed the pack. Getting to her paws she licked Ryder's ear before bounding after Seaspray. The lead Guard's tail twitched excitedly for the new couples. She looked back at the pack before shouldering her way though the bushes.

Lightning watched as SS went to the nursery den. The black brute lay down and dozed until he came back. Hearing it was time for the mating ceromony he rose to his paws. Shaking his pelt free of dirt and leaves Light raced away with sparkling amber eyes.
